My Education

I’m proud to have earned my Doctor of Dental Surgery from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry, where rigorous clinical training shaped my commitment to excellence. I pursued advanced pediatric specialty training at Case Western Reserve University and Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital—renowned institutions dedicated to compassionate children's care. My background in psychology from Kennesaw State University allows me to connect deeply with every child, understanding their unique personalities, developmental milestones, and behavioral needs. This combination of specialties empowers me to tailor each visit with gentle techniques and empathy, creating positive dental experiences that help families build lifelong healthy habits and confident smiles. My approach blends science, psychology, and heart—ensuring every patient feels seen, valued, and cared for.

Why Pediatric Dentistry

My journey was profoundly shaped by witnessing childhood dental challenges within my own family—growing up in an environment where easy access to dental care wasn’t always possible. I saw firsthand how oral health issues could influence a child’s smile and self-esteem, which inspired me to become the advocate and support I wish I’d had. Each day, my work is driven by a passion to help children and parents overcome these obstacles, offering gentle guidance and compassionate care. It’s incredibly rewarding to empower families to build healthy routines, restore bright smiles, and foster confidence and happiness that shines for years beyond the dental chair.

Who I Am Outside of Work

When I’m not crafting smiles in the office, I thrive as an explorer alongside my husband and daughters—whether we’re hunting for shark teeth, setting out on family adventures along the scenic St. Johns River, or discovering Florida’s natural treasures together. For a dash of thrill, I love hitting the road on my Harley, joining friends for the excitement and camaraderie of Daytona Bike Week. My commitment extends far past dentistry, as I’m passionate about mentoring emerging dental professionals and actively participating in local events. Giving back to the community and sharing wisdom is my way of adding a little extra sunshine, inspiring others both in and outside the dental world.
